Rental Policies
We accept
personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders, VISA, and Master Card.
A deposit
of one night’s lodging is due within one week of booking. If the reservation
is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required within one week
of booking.
Final
payment is due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days prior for holiday
bookings). When we have received full payment we will send you an
instruction packet with a map, directions to the duplex, and instructions to
access the key.
Rental fee
does not include damages or abnormal care. Damages will be billed at time
and materials.
Reservation Changes or Cancellation
Please note
that this unit is privately owned and that once you make a reservation we
have reserved the duplex during that time for your use. If you cancel a
reservation we may not be able to re-rent it, especially under short notice.
If you
cancel a reservation more than 90 days before arrival your deposit will be
refunded less a $50.00 fee.
If you
cancel a reservation between 30 and 90 days before arrival your deposit will
be refunded less a $100.00 fee.
If you cancel a reservation within 30 days of arrival (60 days for holiday bookings) no refund can be given. You may use the amount, less a $150.00 fee towards a future reservation upon availability.
There is a
3 night minimum stay (5 nights minimum stay during Holiday season).
Check-in
after 4PM; Check-out before 10AM
Check-in
and check-out times must be adhered to unless arrangements have been made
through management prior to your arrival.
Late
check-outs will be billed at $25.00 an hour by the cleaning company.
